we now have a 12 Month WOF! (and Rego to Match)

I want to get Summer done then She will be FOR SALE

I have the Subaru being sorted too

So do not need Excess car's at moment

Plan is to build a FAST Street car with the Bits & Spares I have out of what's left of my "Racecar"

so do not fear I am not leaving now will I be 'without' at least 1x working Avenger for long 8)

JoKer

A couple of 1sts today

First time with a child in the Back seat :P

First time over the New Road in the Avenger 8)

Guess who didn't want to get out of the car when we got home

JoKer

Front UJ was making noises, so some time on the Hoist was arranged

turned into one of those "while we're here" balloon type jobs hah

from the Front Diff pinion Seal, Trans checkup (pan off & screen replaced), Steering Rag Joint, Trans mount and Bushes, Front Bushes, Tie rod end (nut broke off replacing Rag joint)

that's just under the Car, on top are the main culprits for the seal degradation = Carb Dash-pot rebuild and Rocker cover seal replacement

the Stromberg "Dashpots" were emptying every couple of weeks, probably from sitting still for too long

the last 2x jobs are yet to be completed, so we drove to Feilding for the FRCC Meet & identified a couple other issues which I hop to rectify shortly

otherwise an alignment will do wonders! and the car has been transformed from a rattler to smoooth as silk to drive now

JoKer

Alignment done this morning and I"M OFF

She's so sweet now : it's like a new car :P

Sad times... I thought you'd finally got your hands on the 2 door rally car on trademe, but i see it's still there.
All the best.
