2 Door GT Heading to panel shop at last

  My '73 Gt is finally heading for a panel and paint. When I'm done moving it I'll start posting photo's of the W.I.P..

Does anyone know a good signwriter who could replicate the striping and Gt decals?

There is a few of us in Auckland now. We should have a little Auckland Avenger mini meet.

I have heaps of mates in West Auckland with MoPar's so I will ask them who they use for their stripes and decals.

if you cant get anyone to do the stripes for you i can put you in contact with a guy who does all the avenger and sunbeam range of stickers in vinyl he did the ones on the bitter green 2 door gt that was sold recently in the uk.
his work is top class he did my tiger stripes and lotus stripes.

hey avengertiger, that sounds great. I was talking with signwriters on Friday about just that, but if there is someone with experience already then I'd like to use your guy.  can you post up contact details?

i will pm him you his contact details note he is in the uk but i am sure he would supply you with some fitting instructions as well as the stickers.
from memory my tiger stickers were 100gb pounds so cant see the gt ones being much more all you would have to supply him with would be a colour for the stickers to get them correct.

Ok, been quoted $5k for paint job. this doesn't include under bonnet or inside the car or boot. Covers minor rust repairs and full bare metal respray of entire car. This is ok as after my wedding I'm using the gt as my daily driver, it has sat idle for too long. One man band specializing in classic car painting, he's viewed the car and is quite keen on the job as he didn't know such a car existed. 

Question, it's now on 14" speedlines, should i put it back on the factory GT 13" rims or are tyres for 13's now getting too hard to buy?
