Avenger event?

Sounds like a good idea, been a while since our last. I have a MoPar event in the South Island in late October then another in Taupo in early November so maybe after those?

yeah. weve had our little meets but i think we need to have an officail avenger event

do enough people on here have operational avengers to do this?

I think realistically we would strugle to get more than the 5 or so we had in Hastings or the OS nats. And now that Hunted has sold his Avenger then we are another number down unless some of the South Island guys want to come up.

How far would you be keen to drive your Avenger Kiera? because if we had it down near Wellington it would make it easier for the South Island guys to come up and I think there is some from Wellington also.

Maybe we could do a poll to see where and when people would like to have a meet. I agree it is a really cool idea and it was one of the reasons I started the forum so we could one day have our own events but the problem is just getting numbers.

If we make it far enough ahead it will give people a deadline to get their Avengers ready by.

If anyone else is keen for a national Avenger meet please express your interest here and if it gets enough interest then I will start some polls and discussion on when and where.

summer in november wierd!!!!! anywho sounds good although i still wont have an avenger realistically house first or so im told.if sam is on for it and i can get a free weekend weekdays are out for me,i will split the travel costs with him.
and if you need any help richard i would be more than happy to lend a hand well a cyber hand or what ever i can........

will see if i can generate any intrest down here still havent met anyone with a road going one yet here with the exception of sam.

i would come down to wellington, but only if someone like aaron was going to go coz i would want to follow someone, or jared or someone. are majority of running avengers in the south island?

No, I would say most of the running Avengers are in the North Island but because the ferry takes so long to get from the South Island it makes it really hard for South Island guys to get to anywhere further up.

With Wellington or there abouts then every one should be able to make it in one days travel.

Once we get an indication of how many cars are coming and where they are from then we can better decide the location.
