Post by: Redassassin on June 20, 2016, 06:31:39 PM
Looking for a good starter motor for my Chrysler avenger with electronic ignition as the starter clutch return spring has broken on mine, Also looking for a crankshaft pully if anyone has one spare?

good spotting but no that wont make much of a difference

+ve & -ve feed, a feed to the coil & the signal from the Ignition switch are the basics there

(quite likely incorrect there but its pretty simple & there's no reason it wont work on your car wired up right)

We ended up taking my starter into the shop today and they're gonna fix it and put new brushes on for $155. Turns out the clutch fork is broken, thanks anyway though man :)
