I have just had a WOF inspection on my 73 alpine (the brakes have been playing up for a fair bit now and getting worse) my mechanic has come back to me and has told me that my master cylinder and brake booster are both screwed.... he can get my ones reconditioned but i was warned of the cost o.o! and i was asked if i could put out a word to you lot on this great club and see if anyone has these parts spare or could send me in the right direction to find them? cheers!
I just had my drum slaves done and it was cheap as chips. Booster may be a different issue, but I'm sure I've had them done too. Where are you based? Apex in Frankton, Hamilton are fucking magicians and do all my work for peanuts.
