"Avenger27" 1976 Hillman Avenger for sale.

Is ok in condition, has rust in a few places, as most cars of this age do. Runs, but not very good. Has a 4 speed manual box in it, but blew reverse in it a while ago. It comes with a 1500TC motor and box, if sold at the right price, which is complete, which is good aswell. Has a locked diff (blew the sidegears) but comes with the 1500TC diff, which is also complete. If you are looking for a project, then this is for you. Can be driven, but will need a battery. I think from memory it was parked up with a full tank of gas too. Has been started regularly, and has not been sitting for that long since I've owned it. I got it off a lady that had it sitting in her shed for 8 years from memory. Viewing is recommended, and no warranty or guarantee is offered on this vehicle.

Has anybody looked at that Blue GLS? If I can wrangle the money somehow... if nothing else it will save me the cost of new springs + shocks (which is the next thing I want to do). Twin light fronts are better in every single way.

REALLY tempted to just buy the whole shell (because I'm after the boss kit and the mags & tyres), so I'd be bringing it down to Auckland (and ideally selling it for scrap metal straight after taking the interior bits I need and the mags, tyres and boss kit). We could arrange something if you like where you buy the remaining shell from me and take it down to the Tron for your own uses??

blekkja

YES. Do it quick before people start to bid or want to rip bits off it. :D

I want the front light setup. I am converting my 75 to dual headlight and I need the sheetmetal that the lights bolt in to. I already have the buckets, lights and grill but having the whole front clip would make it so much easier. It is perfect timing so I can get it done at the same as my flares etc.

Could also be interested in the dash and wiring etc. Very keen for a group buy.

Will pay handsomely.... Buy it now!!

Factory TC... don't see many of them any more. Pity there is no photo.

I was pretty keen for the whole alpine rolling body - if it was tidy enough I was going to reshell everything from my super into it. But realisticly I prob can't afford to go to all that effort at the moment, especially if other people are interested too. Plus I've got 3 Marinas to compress into 2 already. So I'ld be happy enough for just the suspension and a few other random bits. Possibly the block if it is a high spec one - might be good to start slowly building up something with a bit more grunt.

Photos are added to that Alpine. Looks mint. Someone please buy it. It is in  Blenheim at the top of the South Island so Dave or Sam get out your piggy banks and go snap this one up.

That wouldn't take much to be looking as new again. Tidy up that interior... what a buy.

Looking on Carjam it's probably done 176,000 km, even so...it's still very good value!

avenga

Still for a 35 year old car that is pretty good KM's.

I'd be all over that like a fat kid on cake if I had room for it. That would be the kind of car I would leave stock and just drive it.

You don't see that many Alpines let alone one in that condition so I hope it goes to a forum member.
