High lift camshaft for 1600 Avenger??

Hi guys i have gotten around to stripping down my avenger engine and body.. should put up some pics to show progress, but anyway i am looking at putting in a high lift camshaft and am wondering if one out of a tiger engine will do it? or if there is something i can basically just slid in and fits that will do the job? Also wondering where the best place to get all the new seals and bearings etc.. for engine would be?

I got my cam reground by kelford cams- $200  and try Bowden Engine parts for your seals and bearings, good prices and service.
If you have no luck through him i also recommend  Graeme Ekins (g.j.ekins@slingshot.co.nz) or Speedy Spares in the UK.
