You can get Chinese cranks out of many suppliers on Alibaba, there is even a fully counter weighted steel one there.
Your engine guy should know this, but be careful your piston is supported properly at the bottom of the bore at BDC. often overlooked by people adding stroke...

Did have a look at that a while ago. Whole engine got me rods/pistons/thrust bearings too. Rods @ same length as avengers, 2y piston pin height is almost suitable for the job/ diameter not enough for the bore we're running.
Should keep builder buzy sorting it all out

Little bit happening now, 2y crank's been welded adding some meat so we can use standard avenger thrust bearings in their stock location, easier than modding the block to suit the crank.
Next, trim center main  to suit 2y's slightly narrower journal.

Crank will be ground to suit std avenger bearings then start planning a custom flywheel.

It's probably been mentioned but you 'could' almost custom make your own crank for what seems like all the work thats gone into this? or am I thinking Cam's , I've seen a guy make his own once, but yeah I appreceate cnc Mills/ lathes are not exactly cheap either

no matter what : I like the direction this is going & do not let me put you off!

The welding  is only a  thin ring to get rid a chamfer on toyota crank so avenger thrusts have enough to run against. As for other crank work it's basically grind jounals to required sizes, hack off 1/2 the nose & drop it in
