And that way I can be the guinea pig and let you know all the things to watch out for.

I have added a couple of Sierra gearboxes to my watchlist so let me know how you get on.

Chrysler Avenger 1.3 GL 1980 for sale on Trademe. Starting bid $900 no reserve.

Looks tidy and seems a steal at that price. I will be watching this auction with much interest. Hopefully a forum member gets it.

My baby! I must have it. I want to be a part of the Avenger family!

It looks like all the 1980 Chrysler Avengers are coming out of the woodwork lately.

Another 1980 Chrysler Avenger Estate.

Quote from: http://www.trademe.co.nz/a.aspx?id=352786813This car has been the most trustworthy car I have ever owned. It starts every time and is very quick for a 1600cc. There is a bit of paint missing on the back boot lid from having a bike on the back. It has been around the clock a few times so am unsure of the correct mileage as the odometer doesn't go up that high.
Features include a CD player / radio and towbar.

Would make a perfect first car or project as it gets plenty of attention. A great classic!

I like that last set. the black paint looks really good. Wish my Charger rims were like that when I brought them. They look really good now that I have painted 2 of them, 2 more to go.

Does using a standard steering wheel in your race car work out better than a sports wheel Richard?
I'd like to get a sports wheel if anyone has a spare?

The standard wheel was way too big for racing so I switched to this wheel here. Much better for racing.

I do have a spare old Wildcat sports steering wheel. I can send you some photos, it comes with an Avenger boss kit. It invoked this response from another member "god thats ugly haha" so I suggest looking at the pictures before you say you want it. If you are interested I will email you the pictures.
